Welcome to Riverside Church Blandford, a lively new church of hope nestled in the heart of rural North Dorset!
Just as the River Stour playfully meanders through our landscape, bringing life and connection, we aim to connect people through the timeless message of love and redemption found in the gospel.
Our name, Riverside, is inspired by more than just the beauty of the river that graces our surroundings. It echoes a moment from Acts 16, where the Apostle Paul shared the good news and God opened hearts by the riverside. We know that it is only the gospel which truly brings life to the full!

Who we are.
We are a group of Christians based in Blandford who are seeking to Love God, Love Each Other, and Push Back Darkness.
We are passionate about sharing the good news of Jesus with the people of Blandford.

We meet weekly on a Sunday morning in the heart of Blandford Forum.
We currently meet at the following address:

We usually meet at 10.30am every Sunday morning, however that is occasionally subject to change. To ensure you have the correct time, please get in touch.
What We Believe.
We are seeking membership with the Fellowship of Independent Evangelical Churches, but as such we do ascribe to their statement of faith.
All FIEC churches unite around the truths of historic, biblical Christianity found in our Doctrinal Basis.
They also have three accepted Ethos Statements to which our member churches agree to abide. These are intended to bring clarity to our life and ministry as a Fellowship.
